The easiest pizza crust ever.

Guys, believe me, this pizza crust is so simple and so good. Two ingredients. No rising time. And you just can’t do anything wrong. Hard to believe? Yes, I know. But while I’m writing these lines I’m snacking on the last mini pizza and I already think about making them again. Because they are just amazing. For the dough you simply put

  • 400 g greek soy yoghurt
  • and 450 g wholemeal spelt flour

in a mixing bowl and knead until well combined. Now you can immediately roll out the dough or do it like me and just shape your little pizza crusts with your hands.


Sauce and topping

Today I felt like having a classic version of pizza sauce and made one out of tomato purée, salt and pepper. Next time I probably gonna try it with pesto instead. So just choose whatever you like. As I wanted my mini pizzas to taste summary fresh and a little bit spicy, I decided to put the following toppings on it:

  • yellow and green zucchini
  • tomatoes
  • fresh garlic
  • a small jalapeño
  • fresh basil (put it on the pizza when it comes out of the oven)


Vegan cheese sauce

Instead of regular cheese you can gratinate your mini pizzas with a tasty sauce made out of almond butter. Give it a try – it tastes a little bit like nacho cheese sauce! 🙂 You need

  • 3 tbs white almond butter
  • a few tbs water
  • salt, pepper, curcuma

Mix almond butter with salt, pepper and curcuma and add as much water until you’re happy with the consistency. Then sprinkle it over your pizzas and bake them at 180°C for about 15 to 20 minutes. Lastly, put some fresh basil on top and enjoy!
