Stressed out? Too hot outside? Not in the mood to sweat for hours? Yeah, we’re all in the same boat right now. Nevertheless, it’s always possible to find time for a quick workout. Here’s another inspiration for your next workout. Keep repeating the three exercises until you really feel your booty burning and all your muscles shaking.
You have two options: Either you finish your regular legday at the gym (or wherever else you train) with these exercises, or you make a quick homeworkout out of it. No matter where and how – just do it! 🙂
As you can see in the video, I used my loops for two exercises but you can also use regular resistance bands by tying them together if you want.
