3 SONGS AMRAP WORKOUT

AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible

Today I have a little challenge for you guys. It’s quite easy to explain: I give you 5 exercises and 3 songs. You press play and then you start repeating the circle of exercises until the songs are over. You have to make sure that you really push through those 3 songs – without making a single break between the exercises. Just repeat and repeat and repeat. The goal is to accomplish as many rounds as possible.

Go hard

As this workout – depending on the length of the chosen songs – won’t be longer than 10 to 12 minutes, it’s necessary that you put your whole effort into the exercises. 12 minutes don’t seem to be a very long time for a workout, but if you’re really giving it all I promise that this will be more than enough. If you ever have done a HIIT workout you probably know what I mean. So go hard!

Below you find my playlist for this workout but of course you can also create your own. Just choose 3 songs that motivate you and keep you going.
